DEXUS GRANVILLE

NEW SOUTH WALES | INDUSTRIAL

​The Dexus Granville development consisted of:
  • 4 Warehouses (25 tenancies) – 49,988m2
  • 25 numbers of main office – 6,285m2
  • Cafeteria – 145m2
  • External hardstand & driveway – 29,619m2
  • Basement and on-grade carpark with 657 car spaces
The works also included associated external works including but not limited to water, sewer, stormwater, telecommunications and electrical infrastructure works, including all connections and services diversions.

LOGOS BUILDING

NEW SOUTH WALES | INDUSTRIAL

PRECINCT C&F

NEW SOUTH WALES | INDUSTRIAL

​The project consisted of two separate precincts as follows:
PRECINCT C:
  • Warehouse C1 (5,537m2) & Warehouse C2 (4,000m2);
  • 1x 3 Level Office area (550m2) & 1x 2 Level Office area (400m2);
  • External Works – Hardstands Pavements, Light Duty Pavement to Carpark and including Fire Brigade Access.
PRECINCT F:
  • Warehouse F1 (3,690m2), Warehouse F2 (3,300m2) & Warehouse F3 (1,880m2);
  • Office F1 (250m2), Office F2 (300m2), & Office F3 (200m2);
  • External Works – Hardstands Pavements, Light Duty Pavement to Carpark and including Fire Brigade Access.

VISA GLOBAL LOGISTICS

NEW SOUTH WALES | INDUSTRIAL

RCC was engaged by Logos Property to Design and Construct a new container handling facility. The elements of the Project included;
  • 4500m2 precast clad warehouse.
  • 18,745m2 external container rated pavement (Pavement engineered for 125 point load).
  • 440m2 2 storey office including vault.
  • Truck refuelling facility.
  • Truck wash facility.

PRESTONS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE BUILDING

​Located in Prestons NSW, the project for Logos Property Group was completed in 27 weeks and consisted of:
  • 3 warehouses totalling to 12,000sqm.
  • 3 offices, 2 of which are two-storey.
  • Asphalt carpark for two of the tenancies.
  • Large hardstand areas for all 3 warehouses.
  • Landscaping surrounding the site.​
