In 2024, a total of five technical colleges are set to open, with Findon Technical College leading the way as the first among them. These Technical Colleges will boast brand-new facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and the latest equipment. Operating in collaboration with the nearby Findon High Schools, the colleges will ensure that students acquire vocational qualifications while completing their South Australian Certificate of Education.

Immanuel College is developing a 2-storey Discovery Centre connected via an air bridge to the existing senior school building, the Margaret Ames Centre. Project Control were engaged to prepare the initial Tender Program for UTS Central's major redevelopment of Building 2 and the extension of Building 1 (UTS Tower) podium to redefine the main entrance to UTS.
The Building 2 redevelopment works included a new UTS library, learning commons and research space. There was initially a major demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new teaching building. The undulating semi-transparent building wrapping the base of the tower, this was achieved with a curved glass facade. |

Bellevue Hill Public School was awarded a Commendation for its innovative new school building at the 2018 Learning Environments Australasia Awards.
A two stage construction comprising of a new 4 level reinforced concrete and precast building with educational spaces and library. Stage 2 included a new Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA), canteen facilities, extensive landscaping and external works. |
