Project Control worked with Richard Crookes Constructions to construct a 26,000 square metre, 27 story office tower at 32 Smith Street, Parramatta.

Our detailed program took into account the Integrated Fitout requirements, which became quite useful for our clients future discussion with their key Tenant.

The 6 Hassall Street project was a collaboration between Charter Hall and Western Sydney University to deliver a world class education and innovation hub. 6 Hassall Street boasts a stunning ‘triple-height’ entry precinct with an activated ground floor public plaza complemented by food, beverage and retail providers. 

The project delivered:
  • A 19-storey building comprising of an integrated WSU fitout, basement level with car parking and end-of-trip facilities.
  • Ground level including retail tenancies, tenant lobby floor space, a commercial office lobby.
  • Above ground levels comprising A Grade commercial floor space.
  • Mid-rise and rooftop terraces.
  • Landscaping and public domain works.

This project involved the construction of a Goodman Corporate office building, inclusive of 5 levels of commercial office space with 11,200 square meters of GFA.
Included in the works was;
  • 4 carpark basement levels
  • 4 passenger / goods lifts servicing 10 levels
  • Ground floor including a gymnasium, showroom, coffee shop, loading dock, service room & amenities
  • Building height of 30 meters
